West Northamptonshire Council has a dedicated system to help residents flag Highways related issues such as potholes, so they can be assessed and added to the list to be fixed.
When you spot a problem, head over to: 👉 https://fix.westnorthants.gov.uk/
This site is mobile-friendly, so if you are a passenger, you can even pull it up while on the go (drivers, please wait until you are safely parked!).
Why Report It?
You might think, “Someone else has probably reported this already,” but that isn’t always the case. The council manages thousands of miles of road, and they rely on the “eyes and ears” of the community to identify new problems. Reporting a pothole early can prevent it from getting larger and more dangerous.
What if it’s an Emergency?
If you are reporting an issue that requires urgent attention, please do not log it through this system.
Instead, call 0300 126 7000 between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
For emergencies outside of these hours, please ring 01604 651074.
