Local Road Works, July 2024

The parish council has been informed today that in early July 2024, National Grid Electrical Distribution will be carrying out trial holes along the Radstone Road and the B4525, Welsh Lane, for a proposed cable route from the Brackley Grid Substation, located along Radstone Road, towards Greatworth.

To reduce the impact on the local area, these works will be carried out under rolling two-way traffic lights. As works progress, the traffic lights will be moved up the road each day and during peak hours they will be manually operated.

There will be rolling traffic management along Radstone Road and the B4525, Welsh Lane, from Monday 8 July to Friday 26 July between 8am and 6pm. On Saturdays, traffic management will be in place between 8am and 1pm.
