Update re changes to the end date for closure of Radstone Road on One Network

The Parish Council are aware of the concerns raised by some residents regarding the extension of the closure of Radstone Road shown on One.Network. Our HS2 Liaison Representative has contacted HS2 to ask why there is an extension showing on One.Network and has received the following response:

At present, we are still aiming to complete the works by the end of March as planned. However, some additional remedial works on the VRS foundations are required, and there is a possibility that the works may overrun slightly that week by a few days. We will ensure to keep the community updated as we approach that time.

As a precaution, the team has requested the road booking in advance to avoid any potential clashes with other works. Any formal changes to the opening dates will be published on the HS2 website and communicated via the AWN notification process.
