HYHO

Why Not Come Along And Join In!?

The Helmdon Young Husbands’ Organisation (HYHO) is a compilation of young and less younger husbands and bedfellows that meet monthly for a social evening and occasionally organise events in the village such as barn dances and balls.

Some members are no longer young, some members are no longer husbands, and some members are no longer organised – so you don’t have to be one to be one.

Our intentions are to be a convivial circle of like-minded people that contribute to, and cultivate the pleasures of, living in Helmdon. But mostly, we socialise down at the Bell every second Friday of the month. Since the very first Barn Dance, the Helmdon Young Husbands have donated tens of thousands of pounds to the Church, the School, Acorns playgroup, the Reading Room and other local community facilities. Thank you for the support in achieving this.

New members are always welcome so please feel free to join us next time at the Bell. Helmdon Young Husbands are an equal opportunities society.
